About me.
I help people from a spectrum of backgrounds and lifestyles, with a breadth of challenges and objectives. I specialise in mental health, creativity, addiction and substance abuse, relationships and identity. I draw on the lived experience of my own recovery, extensive work with alcoholics and addicts and a years spent in the creative industries.
I believe in people’s ability to grow. Whether it’s a one off session or working together for years, I will always remain committed to guiding my clients to their full potential.
I currently live with my family in the UK, but spend a lot of time on assignments across the US & Europe. As well as my work with private one to one clients, I work closely with a larger agency, Reconstruction Unlimited. They specialise in addiction and mental health and are based out of Los Angeles.
