Testimony.

"I have had the pleasure of working with Paul on some personal and professional development, as well as exploring some patterns of addictive behaviour. I find his charming and deeply empathetic nature, gentle approach, vast experience and understanding truly engaging and manageable versus some other modalities I've tried in the past.

I look forward to continuing to work with Paul throughout my recovery, knowing my life and business is all the better for it."

— RIKI BROCKMAN - AWARD WINNING SAVILE ROW TAILOR AND BUSINESS OWNER

Paul helped me immensely as a Recovery Coach. We started working together when I was only a few months sober, and still really struggling mentally. His highly approachable and friendly way with people made me feel I could bring any question to him; be it about sobriety or life. In early sobriety your mind is a messy tangle of contradictions and worries; Paul helped me not only untie that mental knot, but encouraged me to understand why I was getting twisted up in the first place. Our relationship never felt transactional, because I could tell he genuinely cared about helping people- and helping me.

As I got sober it was extremely helpful having someone like Paul around, because I had an example of what happy healthy, sobriety could look like if I continued to work at it.  Paul also encouraged me to go easy on myself. Alcoholics tend to have a pretty strong negative inner voice constantly telling them they’re not doing IT right, whatever IT is. Paul encouraged me to be proud of simply being sober- a fundamental tenant of AA I hadn’t quite grasped yet- and assured me that with time things would click into place (and indeed they did). Spirituality was a big road block for me, and Paul was the perfect person to speak to about it with. He brought a grounded, approachable feeling to discussions of spirituality and sobriety, that made the topic feel less far-flung and abstract.

To put it simply you need to lean on people when you’re getting sober. Letting people help you is fundamental to getting better, and at times you will feel too weak to do it all on your own. Paul is someone I always felt I could lean on and now, almost half a year later, here I am walking upright all by myself thanks to his help.

— SALLY HARRINGTON - CASE MANAGER, RECONSTRUCTION UNLIMITED

‘I have been extremely fortunate to have worked alongside Paul on multiple cases over the last couple of years. He is a passionate, experienced and enthusiastic Coach who is highly skilled when it comes to working with individuals affected by mental health conditions and substance abuse disorders.

Empathetic, well versed, affable and dependable are just several of Paul's  stand out qualities that set him apart from others in the industry. On one particularly sensitive case, Paul proved incredibly valuable by not only traveling internationally on short notice to assist as my number two, but also because upon his return he covered my continuing case load in London during my absence. ’

— LEE STEPHEN RYAN - INTERNATIONAL RECOVERY COACH

‘Having known and worked closely with Paul for a number of years, I cannot recommend his methods highly enough. His deeply explorative approach always leads to client focused and creative solutions, even in extremely complicated conditions. This is further galvanised when discussing his work with clients and their families alike, hearing nothing but praise when discussing Paul’s professional manor, ethical approach and efficacy in his response. I’ve worked in this field for over a decade I can safely say that coaches like him are rare.’
